After the Q1 2018 report from the European Home Improvement Monitor, which focused on the orientation phase and the main drivers and barriers for Home Improvement, we decided to take you to the next phase of Home Improvement.
In the Q2 2018 report of the European Home Improvement Monitor, we look at the purchase channels that consumers use for their home improvement purchases, and how the online channel has evolved over the years. Over the past four years, new online players have entered the market and at the same time traditional DIY stores have invested heavily in their online activities.
