With over 1000 stores, the Dutch DIY market is rather saturated. To be successful in such a saturated market, positioning is key, and insights in the reaction of consumers to said positioning are invaluable. To provide these insights, USP Marketing Consultancy has asked over 1.000 consumers where they buy their DIY products, and how they rate the accessibility, experience, price, quality and service of the five largest DIY retailers on the Dutch market (Gamma, Karwei, Praxis, Formido & Hornbach).
