To provide these insights, USP Marketing Consultancy has asked over 1.000 consumers where they buy their DIY products, and how they rate the accessibility, experience, price, quality and service of the five largest DIY retailers on the Dutch market (Gamma, Karwei, Praxis, Formido & Hornbach).
