USP Marketing Consultancy has conducted the USP Kitchen Monitor since 2013. The purpose of the research is to provide clear and complete kitchen industry figures that are relevant to retailers and manufacturers of kitchens and kitchen equipment.
At a couple of times in the year (January and July), a gross panel of approximately 100,000 house owners will be asked online whether they have purchased or are planning to buy a complete new kitchen, kitchen equipment or kitchen components. We also ask them about the orientation that preceded buying a kitchen and other components in the kitchen.

This gives USP an up-to-date, reliable and detailed picture of developments in the Dutch kitchen market, which is extremely important because the consumer market is constantly changing. Preferences for certain products, brand and type of store (channels) change and spending is carefully weighed. In addition, many providers battle for the consumer's euros. In order to properly estimate and adjust the market position in a timely manner, market developments and insights into the orientation and purchasing behavior are essential.
The market information is available with a subscription to the USP KeukenMonitor. An annual subscription includes market information based on purchases of a whole calendar year. This is divided into two reports to provide you with information on time. The reports (delivered in PowerPoint) are very useful for internal business presentations.
