INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Rotterdam/remotely | 40 hours a week | salary in accordance with wages of home country
USP is looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and eager sales representative. It is a challenging and autonomous position in which you have plenty of room to develop, show initiative and continue to grow as a professional. As a sales representative you operate on a high international level where you get to speak to decision makers of big multinationals in the construction, installation and DIY sector.
We are looking for someone who
- Has 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in sales (preferably cold calling);
- Is innovative, flexible, independent, client friendly and ambitious;
- Has a commercial attitude and is eager to reach the (team)targets;
- Speaks perfect English and has the right communication skills;
- Has a relevant bachelor/master diploma;
- Is a fast learner and interested in the construction, installation and DIY sector.
In this position you operate on a high level (C-level), this requires excellent consultative selling skills. You are creating awareness in order to reach potential clients, but also making sure the existing relations are handled properly with reoccurring business as effect.
During the first period you would get on the job training from the Sales Manager. The training will take place in our headquarter in Rotterdam. Depending on your development we expect you to be able to start working remotely from your home country within a month. After you have successfully finished the first month, we strive to have you work 3 weeks per month remotely and 1 week in Rotterdam.
