USP is looking for new Research Analysts to expand our team. For this position it is possible to work remotely from another EU-country, but it is necessary to follow an on the job training of 2 weeks in our HQ in Rotterdam when you start.
We are looking for someone who
- Has finished a relevant master (social science, economy, data analytics);
- Has at least 3 years of experience in market research;
- Is experienced when it comes to analytic thinking and quantitative research;
- Speaks and writes perfectly English, German and Dutch is a big plus;
- Has done extensive analysis in SPSS;
- Is a go getter, very accurate and can handle a stressful job.
We offer you a position in which you can develop on a personal and professional level. You will be working in one of our Business Units (Construction, Do-It-Yourself, Installation or Living and Real Estate) and obtain a lot of knowledge of these sectors.
By doing different types of projects you will get to do all sorts of analysis. Working accurate is a must, because your results will be used by big multinationals to - for instance - adjust their marketing strategy.
As a Research Analyst you are responsible for programming the questionnaire, monitoring the fieldwork (in many cases in different countries), doing the analysis and delivering the reports. All in good collaboration with the Project Manager who is responsible for the project. If you get stuck you can always rely on your Research Manager to help you along.
The team you will be working in is quite a young team, our average age is 33, and we are focussed on learning from each other and developing with each other.
We work for reputable multinationals (such as AkzoNobel, Bosch, Philips, Grohe, Forbo, etc.) which supply the construction, installation, DIY, housing and real estate sectors.
